Champion Edition Owners Get a Free Game for Street Fighter 6’s Game Center

Street Fighter 6 finally received a release date at The Game Awards and launches next year in June. There’s plenty to look forward to, from World Tour to Arcade Mode, but the Game Center is perhaps one of the more underrated features. It allows for playing older Street Fighter titles in the Game Center, complete with arcades for your character.

In a new PlayStation Blog post, Capcom confirmed that Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition owners will receive Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo for free in Street Fighter 6. You’ll need to register a Capcom ID and link your platform account. It also raises questions as to whether the other titles require separate purchases.

Street Fighter 6 is out on June 2nd, 2023, worldwide for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PS4, and PC. For more details on its pre-order bonuses, check out the trailer here. A second closed beta runs from December 16th to 19th.
